ANGRY BIRDS MOONCAKES

There were already Angry Birds mooncakes being made last year but then only the image of the birds were on the round mooncakes.  This year, the Angry Birds game creator, Rovio has gone a step further and come up with mooncakes shaped like them birds.

Angry Birds mooncakes based on the worldwide hit game by Finnish entertainment media company Rovio are displayed during a preview at a restaurant in Singapore on July 3, 2012. The mooncakes made of natural fruit flavours come with egg custard filling instead of the traditional loutus paste. The restaurant says the mooncakes will be sold in a box of four and only 3,000 boxes will be available when sales start on August 22 ahead of the mid-autumn festival. (AFP)
