ELIMINATING ODOUR WITH CHARCOAL SHEETS

I have been looking for a way to eliminate the odour from my shoe rack and also kitchen cabinet.  I tried cleaning with detergent and spraying with air freshener but the smell would not go away.
When I was at the Daiso Shop at Aeon yesterday, I chanced upon activated Charcoal sheets for shoe racks and also kitchen cabinets.  The activated charcoal sheets are said to act as air purifiers.  Well!  Since they only cost RM5 per sheet, I was game to give it a try.  Hopefully, the activated carbon sheets will do the job.
