| The statues face the Straits of Malacca |
If you were to visit the Pasir Panjang Tua Pek Kong Temple and view the gigantic statues of the Taoist deities, you would definitely feel small. Some of the statues are about 5 times the height of Lai Yoong. The both of us stood in awe of the stone statues which were sculpted in Fuqian in China and transported here. The 11 magnificent statues of deities on a dais face the Straits of Malacca.
If you happen to be in the vicinity, you must definitely go and visit. You'd get to experience how humans feel when they are confronted with Ultraman. Furthermore, you get to enjoy the breeze from the straits.
