18 LOHANS AT THE PASIR PANJANG TUA PEK KUNG TEMPLE

The Pun Tsien Yuen (in Cantonese) is some sort of a park with lots of stone sculpture.  As one enters, one gets a view of the 18 Lohan/Arhats (十八羅漢) of Buddhism which have been carved in stone. For your information, these 18 Arhats (can also mean 18 Excellence) are individuals depicted in Mahayana Buddhism who have followed the Eightfold Path and attained the Four Stages of Enlightenment, and are also the original followers of the Buddha
Here are 17 of the 18 Lohans.  Somehow, I missed out the Happy Luohan (Chinese喜慶羅漢).  Well, there is always next time.
