SEAFOOD NASI PATTAYA FOR LUNCH


This was what I had for lunch yesterday.  Usually chicken meat or beef is used as one of the ingredients to fry the rice but I will always request for seafood.  I have a special fondness for Nasi Pattaya for I like the way the  fried egg is used to wrap the rice.  I wonder whether the people in Pattaya, Thailand cook their rice in such a way for the dish to be so named.
