Shamiza, my friend and colleague, gave birth to her youngest daughter last year. Both Kamariah and I had planned on visiting her and her newborn baby but somehow we were so busy that we did not manage to find time to go see them. Then, my friend, Mazlina, invited us for her wedding in late November. Unfortunately I did not get to attend as I had to attend a meeting on that day.
Last Friday, a few months later, both Kamariah and I finally managed to present gifts to our two friends. Shamiza's baby girl is now a few months old and Mazlina has also found out that she is expecting. Though we were late in giving the gifts, they were still from the heart for two separate Red Occasions, a birth and a wedding.
