THE MORNING BANANA DIET

Here is another fruity piece of story from the Land of the Rising Sun. It seems that one can lose weight by going on a banana diet. This diet was designed by a pharmacist from Osaka by the name of Sumiko Watanabe. She designed this stress-free diet to help increase the metabolism of her husband Hitoshi Watanabe, who had been rather overweight. It was reported that her husband managed to lose 37 pounds by following the diet. And because of that there has been a shortage of bananas in the stores.

Here is Morning Banana Diet Regime.

A banana (or as many as you want) and room temperature water for breakfast; eat anything you like for lunch and dinner (by 8 p.m.). A three o'clock snack is okay, but no desserts after meals, and you have to go to bed before midnight.
