I find that it is such a waste each time the gardener prunes the plants in the Herb Garden and thought of a way to reduce the wastage. What I have begun to do is to dry the herbs and later pack them to be sold to interested parties. In this way, extra money can be earned for the Resource Centre which can be used to fund outings and activities for the librarians and also the Reading Programmes.
