FENG SHUI CURES FOR HEADACHES

Sports day for my school will be on Thursday, the 28th of February. Some of the final events were held this afternoon and also tomorrow to ensure that the events on the main day do not drag on until the late evening. As I had a headache in the afternoon, I asked one of my students, Hafizah to help take the pictures of the field events which started at 3.30 p.m. I did not want to aggravate my headache and certainly would not want it to manifest into a migraine. See I even had on a big sunhat to protect against the scorching heat of the sun.
I think that the cause of my headache was due to stress as I was rather upset and stressed about breaking the LCD screen of my laptop. I had to order a new one which would cause me a bit since I was told that to replace the broken screen would cost me more than RM1,000. So today, I'd like to blog about how feng shui can help relieve headaches and migraines.
Since one of the causes of the dreaded head pain is stress and the best cure is to eliminate the stress that caused the pain in the first place. One Feng Shui stress buster is to consider having a Laughing Buddha on your desk or in your home. Don't forget to look at his happy, smiling face as this will help you to de-stress. To have some of His happiness rub off on you why not sit your BUDDHA facing you and look at him and capture his smile every day. It is said that He collects the troubles of man in his sack.
Another Feng Shui cure would be to use the rose quartz gem stone. ROSE QUARTZ is said to be imbued with the energy to soothe migraine and headaches of all types. It is a calming and soothing stone and is said to help banish fear and promotes a sense of inner peace. Besides the curative properties, the rose quartz is also believed to help stimulate love and open the heart chakra.
Besides stress, Feng Shui practitoners believe that another cause of headaches and insomnia might be because of excessive forms of radiation emitted by electrical and electronical gadgets like the telephone, alarm clock, computers, televisions and microwave ovens. There are special electromagnetic reader for reading the EMF (electromagnetic frequency) to measure the radiation from your living environment. If you cannot get your hand on such a meter but have tried all other cures then why not try removing ANYTHING that is plugged into an electrical outlet near your sleeping area or even bedroom. If possible try unplugging any lamps nearby and also check to see if there is anything plugged in and drawing electricity on that side of the wall which is directly next to the headboard of your bed as these frequencies go right through the walls. In short, try shutting down the circuit of the bedroom at the circuit panel/fuse box and see if that helps.
You may also be holding this electrical pattern in your body which may need to be released. There are meters to check it as well, but you can't really be sure. One simple suggestion is to go outside, and dig your bare feet into the dirt for about fifteen minutes a day and see if you get any results from that. This may help ground you and help pull some of the voltage off of your energy field/body if it is indeed present. Also try air drying your hair instead of using a hairdryer as it is spewing electrical and electro-magnetic fields all over your head while you are drying it!
If you've done all that, and after a week or so, you still don't feel any better, then it is suggested that you get a dowser or feng shui practitioner over to your place and see if you've got geopathic stress. This is an earth radiation/energy pattern that is not conducive to health or at a minimum, sleeping well. If you can get those things cleared in your home, then you might be rid of your nasty headache and be able to sleep soundly. Reference for EMF cure:
