MURTABAK A.K.A. MARTABAK

From what I have observed, murtabak or martabak seems to be quite a popular dish sold at the Ramadan Bazaars during the fasting month.
During other months of the year, Martabak is sold in Indian Muslim restaurants and stalls in Malaysia.  A common martabak usually includes minced  mutton or chicken along with garlic, egg and onion, and is eaten with curry gravy, sliced cucumber, onions and tomato sauce.
