The Taoists believe in the existence of a White Tiger Deity and every where there will be individuals whose birth years are in conflict with this Being. In order to have a safe and peaceful year, the Taoists would go to temples to pray to the White Tiger on certain days. In the year of the Dragon, one of the days to do is on 5 March, 2012.
