A PAPAYA SHAPED LIKE A BALL

I am sure that like me, most of you are used to buying the papayas that are cylindrical in shape, right?  Well, there was this one papaya being sold at the market which as spherical in shape.  According to the lady who sold it to me, papayas come in either cylindrical or spherical shapes.  And so there is nothing to be alarmed about.
Anyway, the lady shared a papaya recipe with me.  She told me to peel the skin of the papaya and then cut it into slices.  Then I am to boil the slices of papaya with dried longan and Suit Yee to make Tong Sui or Dessert. 
I have already bought the ingredients and will try out the recipe soon.  I can only share the pictures with you and not the Dessert.  Kee! Kee! Kee!
