SIAMESE LAKSA

This foodie just loves Siamese Laksa.  I would usually order a plate of this type of laksa when I go to the Hollywood Coffee Shop in Canning Garden.  Actually, the Siamese Laksa here is so so only and it is a bit sweet but nevertheless it does taste okay. Unlike the normal sourish Penang Laksa, the Siamese counterpart is made from coconut milk and lots of kaffir lime leaves and lemon grass.
