RED SKINNED POTATOES

The potatoes that we get to buy here usually have light brownish skin and yellowish white flesh.  However there are also red potatoes, meaning the skin is red but the flesh is white.  In America, red potatoes are the most common variety of potatoes.
Potatoes come in different colours as can be seen in the picture below.
