I bought a kilo of the dokong at the Farmer's Market this morning. A kilogramme of the fruit costs RM4.00. The dokong is from the same species as the langsat. Compared to the langsat, the dokong is larger, sweeter and more succulent. It has a sweet, mildly sappy flesh.
