One is greeted by two tanks of water on both sides of the stairs leading to Teluk Batik Resort in Lumut. Inside the tank are three stalks of fresh roses submerged under water. To keep the roses down, each rose is tied to a stone. A simple yet innovative decorative idea.

Wow...nice one! Ideal way to decorate my living room. Err, how long these roses can stand?
I am not too sure how long the roses would stay fresh in the water. Five days, perhaps.
