Recipe
2 cups assorted dried fruits
1 packet of sambal tumis
2 tablespoons of vinegar
1 tablespoon of cooking oil
Method
1. Heat cooking oil. Then add in the sambil tumis. Saute until fragrant.
2. Add in the dried fruits and vinegar.
3. Cook for 10 minutes or so.
4. Dish out and leave to cool.
5. You can keep the acar in glass jars and place in the fridge.
6. The acar can be eaten with rice.
