Here are some taboo places to place toilets.

1. Never locate the toilet in the centre of the house as the toilet belongs to yin energy. As the centre of the house is symbolic of our heart which is yang energy, its presence there will damage our health and wealth luck.
2. Try not to locate the kitchen or bedroom side by side with the toilet.

Keep the toilet clean all the time and if possible make it airy by opening any windows in it. This would help to circulate the air.
