I have been wondering if Adam Lambert's defeat to Kris Allen in American Idol Season 8 could be attributed to their Chinese Zodiac. Kris Allen is an Ox while Lambert who was born on January 9, 1982 was born in the year of the Rooster. According to the forecast for the year, Roosters born in 1981 (Adam was born before February 4 and so he is not born in the Dog Year) only enjoy average luck as there exist plenty of people causing trouble for him and thus making life miserable. On the other hand, Kris who was born in 1985 would have a good year. They have speculative luck as well as promotion prospect. Therefore I think their personal luck had something to do with who won and who did not win.
As an aside, according the Feng Shui, the Ox and the Rooster are supposed to be very compatible and should make very good friends and partners. This is proven true by the camaraderie of the two.
