The plot should not face directly on roads or alleys that are forming a T or Y junction. If a house directly faces a junction of four streets, all the fame one has earned will start diminishing gradually.
It will be wise to shift from such a place. Also such junctions are prone to road accidents. Pollution and dust is at its maximum at these junctions.
Dwellers in such properties will experience no peace of mind, more expenditure than income and terminal illness.
