KAU KEE AKA GOJIBERRY LEAVES

My late mother told me that eating the vegetable kau kee or gojiberry plant is good for eye health. She would make a soup with the kau kee leaves, anchovies and eggs for my family. Adding wolfberries would be even better for the eyes.

Interesting, I have a goji plant in a pot and my allotment neighbour has a huge free growing one, but I had no idea you could eat the leaves as well as the berries. I will be harvesting!
