I took this picture at my friends' shop. This is what is known as a salt water cure. It is used by Feng Shui practitioners and believers who are experiencing bad luck, sore throats, loss of wealth or constant sickness. This powerful cure is said to dissipate and clear all negative energy.
In 2016, you can place it in the centre (Illness Star 2) or Northeast (5 Yellow Star) or any other area that has a #2 or #5 star in it.
This cure is used for the #5 and #2 stars, so this cure must be placed in the centre and northeast during the Yang Fire Monkey year but also place them wherever needed on your fixed flying star if you have an accurate natal chart created by a qualified Feng Shui master.
In traditional Feng Shui, you do not have to cure every single part of your home; if the #2 or #5 stars fall in a bathroom, utility room, cloakroom or other room that you do not use often then you do not really need a salt water cure. If it falls in a lounge, bedroom, living room, office or other commonly used room then you need to set up a salt water cure sooner rather than later.
