DEEP FRIED BITTER GOURD WITH SALTED EGG
Bitter Gourd coated with a delectable batter of salted egg and lightly spiced up with finely-chopped red chillies and deep fried to perfection. Lai Yoong and I had this dish at Soga Seafood Restaurant in Sitiawan.
