HERBAL DRINK WITH EGG

This herbal drink with a boiled egg added to it is a popular dessert at a Kopitiam in Ipoh called Thean Chun.  It has cooling properties and is really delicious.  Whenever I visit the coffee shop in Ipoh Old Town, I would order one.
