Assam Laksa is one of the Malaysian dishes that have a lot of herbs in it.  There are assam keping (garcinia cambogia), serai (lemon grass), daun kesom, kantan (torch flowers), ginger, lengkuas and onions.  For garnishing, we can use mint leaves, cucumber, chillies, kantan, pineapples and salad.
