MEETING A DO GOODER

Lai Yoong and I were very impressed with the good work done by Dato' Koh King Ong, the man who is responsible for upgrading the Tua Pek Kong Temple to what it is today. We were deeply touched by the noble idea of a home for the single mothers and orphans. When we were told that the man himself was at the Happy Home, we jumped at the chance to meet him and thank him for building this sanctuary for them. Dato' Koh is the man in white shirt and black pants. In the first and second pictures, he is second from left, next to the lady in green. The residents of the home are wearing red t-shirts. There was a special ceremony at the temple this evening and they had gone to help.
