When we were told that donations of food were needed for the residents of the home, Lai Yoong and I went to TESCO to shop for some provisions for them. We bought rice, oil, canned food, dried noodles, instant noodles, biscuits and sauces to stock the pantry. When Lai Yoong comes back from her trip to Hanoi, we might plan to collect money to buy uniforms, shoes and stationery for the three school going children. Anyone interested to chip in?
