WILD SPINACH

For those of you who do not know much about herbs, you would most probably consider the plant above as weeds.  Actually it is called wild spinach and can be eaten.  The wild spinach is considered as backyard medicine. This plant is rich in magnesium and potassium, has more fibre, beta carotene (pro-vitamin A), vitamin C, riboflavin, calcium, zinc, copper and manganese than domestic spinach.
