I specially cooked the Penang White Curry Noodles for my friends, Manja, Carol and Liz today.  Actually it was Manja who requested that I cooked it for her as she liked it the first time I let her try some months ago. Of course I was more than willing to oblige as it is easy.  These are instant noodles.  Just need to boil the water, put in the noodles and the sachets of sauces, milk powder and spices.  Then add whatever ingredients that are available.  This time around, I used cabbage, chillies, crabsticks and fishcake.
