EATING SALADS TO LOWER CHOLESTEROL

Even after the favourable cholesterol reading last Friday, I still am going to go and do a thorough blood test at the Path Lab to get a more accurate reading.  That is why I will continue to keep making it a habit to eat salads once or twice a week.  I use lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, lemon and lime juice instead of mayonnaise.
I was warned by my friends not to take it easy and start indulging should my second reading be good as well. The important thing is to maintain the diet I have been on to stay healthy.
