NASI GORENG PETAI (STINKY BEANS FRIED RICE)


As I have mentioned in a previous post, I am opting for home-cooked food instead of those bought from the Ramadan Bazaar for health reasons. Believe me, I am weaning myself from going there and buying at least 3 or 4 types of food as I would usually give in to temptation.
I have been a good girl today as I cooked my own food for lunch and dinner.  I fried nasi goreng petai, enough for lunch and dinner.  I even packed some for my friends, Carol and Shemon.
Tomorrow if I am in the mood, I'll make salmon porridge.  Haven't had that in weeks.
