I used to live in the street next to Lau Ek Ching Street (刘一清街) here the three pubs above are. For your information, Jalan Lau Ek Ching Street was millionaire’s row of heritage town houses. Now the houses are all tastefully renovated with quaint themed interiors.

I used to live in no: 42 in 1957. it is the last house in the street. I now reside in London UK. On my next trip back to Ipoh I shall definitely revisit the street. Thanks for posting.
