Lately l am mindful of my diet as the results from my medical check up showed that my cholesterol level is 7.9 which is way above normal. I was told that if it does not go back to normal after 3 months I would have to be on medication. Now that is something I would rather avoid. So my new year resolutIon is to control my diet and lose weight so that mt cholesterol is at a healthy level. You can see from above that I am taking more salads and less fried food.

include in your diet, one or two raw garlic. I'll slice it and sprinkle on my food, that way it can hide the strong taste and smell
