USING HERBAL REMEDIES TO LOSE WEIGHT


I found these interesting herbal tips to reduce weight from the blog of one of my visitors and wish to share them with you.  I have the original Malay version plus the translated one for you.

Petua Mengurangkan Berat Badan (Tips to reduce body weight)

1. Tumbuk lima biji buah delima muda seterusnya campurkan ia dengan segelas air suam. Tambahkan sedikit garam dan tapis larutan tersebut. Minum air hasil dari tapisan tersebut dan amalkan kaedah ini setiap pagi agar berat badan anda dapat dikurangkan.
(Pound five young pomegranates and then add a glass of warm water.  Add a pinch of salt and strain.  You can drink the strained water.  Continue doing this each morning so that your body weight can be reduced.)

2. Kisar buah peria bersama secubit garam dan juga sedikit air. Tapis dan simpan ia di dalam peti sejuk. Minum setiap pagi dan dinasihatkan agar anda mengamalkannya selalu agar menampakkan hasil yang ketara pada berat badan anda.
(Blend a bitter gourd with a pinch of salt and a bit of water.  Strain and then keep it in the fridge.  Drink this regularly every morning to achieve noticeable results.)

3. Rendamkan tiga sudu besar teh cina ke dalam air. Tapis dan campurkan dengan air perahan limau nipis. Minum dua kali sehari sebelum sarapan pagi dan selepas makan malam iaitu sebelum tidur. Amalkan ia selalu agar berat badan anda semakin menurun.
(Soak three tablespoons of Chinese tea leaves in water.  Strain and mix with lime juice.  Drink twice a day before breakfast and after dinner before going to bed.  Practice regularly and you will be able to reduce your weight.)

4. Ambil dua tangkai daun sup dan kisar bersama sebiji buah epal dan tiga ulas bawang putih. Bancuh bahan kisar tadi dengan air suam dan minum dua kali sehari. Dinasihatkan agar anda minum setiap hari agar berat badan anda dapat dikurangkan.
(You need two sprigs of parsley.  Blend with an apple and three pips of garlic.  Mix the blended ingredients with warm water and drink twice a day.  You are advised to drink it daily to notice any reduction in weight.)
