NASI LEMAK WITH NATURAL WRAPPING

I am a great fan of pyramid shaped nasi lemak which is wrapped in banana leaves with the basic accompaniment of sambal ikan bilis, boiled egg and cucumber.  Yummy!!!
Unfortunately, this type of wrapping is harder to come by nowadays, especially in the bigger towns and cities.  The nasi lemak is usually packed in polystyrene packets.  Sigh!!!
