If you visit Manjung, you'd most probably see buildings looking like the one above.  I refer to them as Bird
Hotels as they are built bybusinessmen who wish to harvest the nests of swiftlets to sell as Bird's Nest. They are actually referred to Bird's Nest Farms are a Malaysian effort to capitalise on the growing world popularity of the soup.  Now as we all know, the Chinese believe that the Bird's Nest Soup is an aphrodisiac and provide a range of health benefits.
It is most lucrative for the entrepreneurs but then I am not too sure that it is that healthy for people who reside near such farms.
