OPAK






On Monday, I went with my colleagues to Kuala Lumpur on a benchmarking visit to a school there that had been awarded the 5S certification.  On the way back to to KL, we stopped for breakfast at one of the Rest and Relax places along the highway.  It was at one of the stalls there that I bought a packet of Opak or Kerepek Ubi (Tapioca Fritters).  It is also sometimes known as Karupuk Piar-Piar.  How did it taste like?  It was crunchy and a bit salty.
