LAKSA SINGAPORE COOKED BY LI NA





Once in a while, I will brush up my cooking skills by cooking a very elaborate dish like the Laksa Singapore. Now this is a dish that makes many people swoon over it.  Whenever I cook it, I would have at least 2 to 3 helpings.  Even my friends whom I invite for a meal of the Laksa will eat a few helpings.   I actually forgot to add tau pok (a type of tofu) and fried shallots but still it turned out fine. Both my guests had at least two helpings of Laksa.
