LO BAK

If you visit my blog regularly, you'd notice I have been doing quite a lot of posts about Malaysian food.  I am doing this on purpose as I have received e-mails from visitors to this blog who are Malaysians living abroad.  They write to tell me that visiting my blog gives them fond memories of home; especially when I do posts about food.  And I am someone who loves to oblige a fellow Malaysian.
Pictures above show a dish called Lo Bak.  If I am not mistaken Lo Bak is actually fried spring rolls with meat or seafood inside.  To add to this dish, we have a selection of fish ball, prawn fritters, fried tofu and so on.  It is eaten with chilli and another sauce.
