In Malaysia, we have a dish called Nasi Himpit (see above picture) or when literally translated, "Compressed Rice". It can be eaten with Rendang or Kuah Kacang. This was one of the dishes that was served with Chicken Rendang and Kuah Kacang (Peanut Sauce) during the Hari Raya Feast for the library. How does Nasi Himpit taste like? Like rice, of course. Heh! Heh!
