LEGUNDI PLANT AS HERBAL CURE FOR SPRAINS

This Legundi or Lemuni Putih (Vitex trifolia L.) plant belongs to Aunt Linda's neighbour.  I was told that her neighbour was run over by a cart and suffered from a few broken ribs. She used this particular herb as a poultice to heal her injuries.  Since I sprained my arm, my Aunt Linda said that I could use these leaves as a herbal cure.
