My Feng Shui teacher, Wendy, taught me that a yin flower bath is one that contains seven coloured flowers. It is a powerful way to banish negative energies and bring forth good luck. It would be even more potent if rain water is used as it has the power to cleanse and purify. Alternatively, one can use bottled spring water but then it would be rather expensive.
What would be even better is to have a yin flower bath on a full moon day or the 15th day of the lunar month. Relationship luck improves and becomes smoother. It also gives a boost to romance luck. However, my teacher warned that one should not take such baths more than 7 times a year as it would invite third party interference for courting and married couples.

How is the bath performed? Do you take a regular bath to clean yourself first? Can you use any flowers or are these special flowers?
