PAPER OFFERINGS

It has been a long time practice of the Taoists to burn folded paper offerings to the Deities.  Nowadays, these folded paper offerings are becoming more and more artistically folded.  I have seen joss paper fashioned into elaborate pineapples before. 
When I was at the prayer paraphernalia shop in Ipoh during the weekend, I saw this lovely Lotus Shaped Paper Offering being sold.  It costs RM8.00.  Considering the work that went into it, it is cheap.
