FANTASY FOR HOUSEWIVES

The great looking young man above is a member of the popular boyband Super Junior.  Choi Si Won or simply Siwon is drop-dead gorgeous, isn't he?  Look at those six-packs. Gosh! This 24 year old actor cum singer would make young girls and not so young ones swoon.

In the 8TV romantic drama "Oh! My Lady" that is airing at 8.30 p.m from Monday to Friday, Siwon plays a superstar who is romantically involved with an Ahjumma (in Malaysia, an Ahjumma is a married lady or a lady who is no longer young). 

 In the movie, the handsome hunk has an illegitimate daughter with a former girlfriend and by circumstance got the Ahjumma to help him look after her.

Somehow, the young man falls for the 35 year old Ahjumma who happens to be divorced with a young daughter of her own.  She is also 7 years older than the character that Siwon portrays.  The actress who plays the Ahjumma is pretty and slim to the point of girlish which would make it easy to cause havoc to the emotions of the young superstar.
The probability of a young hunk who is rich, famous and handsome falling for an Auntie or Ahjumma that one finds at the market is highly unlikely.  However,  in the world of Korean dramas in which housewives make up a large chunk of the TV viewing audience, such a scenario would take place as it feeds their fantasy and brings colour and cheer to their lives.
In real-life, Nah, I can't for the life of me picture Siwon with an Auntie, Makcik or Ahjumma.
