WHAT A MAHJONG IGNORAMUS DOES WITH THE TILES ...

I for the life of me do not know how to play mahjong.  I never learnt how to play and don't think that I ever will.  On the other hand, my young niece and nephew learnt how to play from small.  However their parents made sure that they do not play for cash and only do so as a pastime.  So when they play, no chips are used.  Actually, it is a very stimulating game and helps to keep one sharp and alert.
Whenever my relatives from Singapore come for a holiday, I will be the one who sets up the mahjong table for them.  This year I wanted to give them a surprise and arranged the mahjong tiles in the form of a Smiley face.  Creative, eh?
