Japanese professor Hiroshi Ishiguro (second picture above) has created a few human looking androids that can perform certain functions that you and I can do, like smiling. The professor said that it takes only several seconds for one to tell a robot apart from a human. If you ask me the professor's android looks more humanlike than that of the girl's.
