In the Taiwanese romantic drama, "Down With Love" starring Jerry Yan and Ella, it seems that the clothes and accessories that they wear and use have gotten viewers interested. Perhaps they too would like to buy the items. In one of the episodes, Jerry gave Ella some “Sweets of Love” which he had purchased and the following day, the shop that was featured in the drama received phone enquiries from members of the public. As a result, the sales orders for these sweets totalled 50,000 boxes.
In a later episode, Ella's character would find a whole cupboard full of "Sweets of Love" purchased for her by Jerry. He had not drummed up enough courage to give them to her and so kept putting his purchases in the cupboard. This is a case of letting the sweets out of the cupboard, resulting her finding about how he felt.
