Happy Lunar New Year to all my visitors who celebrate this festival. To some Chinese, the Tiger Year starts today as they follow the lunar calendar but for some who go by the Hsia calendar, those who were born after 6.48 a.m. on the 4th of February, 2010 were considered to be Tigers.
