My mum said that she was going to start the year right by eating food that is considered healthy. For starters she had a Japanese Bento meal with me for lunch and then she asked me to drive her to the Chinese Medicine Shop to buy Essence of Chicken and other herbal products.
My greatest wish for this new year is for my mum and I to be blessed with megadoses of the 3H _ good health, happiness and harmonious relationships.
