OTHER USE OF A PENCIL

Don't think that I have gone looney by looking at the picture above. I am actually trying out a cure for headache. I read an article in the Internet that we can use a pencil to relieve headaches.

It seems that if we are stressed or anxious, we subconsciously clench our jaws and teeth; this strains the muscle that connects the jaw to the temples and can trigger a tension headache. The solution is to put a pencil between your teeth but don’t bite. In this way we automatically relax our jaw muscle to do this, which can prevent the pain.
Next time when I get a headache, I'll try it out and see whether it works.
